Marywood University Athletics

Dr. Farr has been a professor in Marywood's Health and Physical Education for 21 years, 12 of which she has served as the Chairperson for the department.

She also spent 15 years as the Director of Athletics, spearheading Marywood's move first into the Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for Women (AIAW) and the Eastern National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

Dr. Farr also served as a softball and field hockey coach at Marywood, where she still owns the school record for field hockey coaching wins with 50.

She also served as Marywood's voting representative for the NCAA.
