At the time of induction, Janice Kane Winslow's career coaching mark of 21 years marks her as the longest Marywood Coaching Staff member and only the sixth women's tennis coach in 26 years of recorded competition. Janice has the third highest winning percentage of all women's tennis coaches with a 199-63 (.760) career record. Janice's teams over the years have won the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference Women's Tennis Title eight times (2000, 99, 98, 97, 95, 94, 93, and 92), a Runner-up finish in 1996 and the Eastern States Athletic Conference Champions in 1990 and 1988.
Winslow was honored four times during her coaching career as PAC Coach of the Year (2000, 99, 98, and 95). Winslow coached Kathy Fisher (2000 Wall of Fame Member) to the women's tennis only appearance in the NCAA Individual National Tournament where Kathy finished with a 22nd national ranking among Division III institutions. Under Winslow, Marywood was honored with the program's first PAC Women's Tennis Play of the Year in 1999 (Beth Eisenhower) and the program's second best overall record (13-2) in the 26 years of recorded competition with a perfect 10-0 mark in the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference.
