Mark V. Lombardi, MS, PT, ATC, is a former Marywood Athletic Trainer. Lombardi originated the Student Athlete Training program at Marywood and mentored the first Marywood graduate to become a Certified Athletic Trainer.
From 1983-1987, Lombardi served as Marywood’s Head Athletic Trainer. During that time he also served as an adjunct faculty member within the Health and Physical Education Department, a role he repeated again from 1999-2004.
President of the Sports Injury Treatment Center of NEPA (SPRINT, Inc.) since 1986, Lombardi has been a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) since 1981 and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 1993.
A member of the Board of Certification for the NATA since 1985, Lombardi has been a member of the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainer Society since 1984.
