Piper Frick Davis is one of the most decorated student-athletes in Marywood history.  A 2002 graduate of the University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education with a minor in coaching, Davis was a standout for the field hockey program (1998-2001) but also played four years of basketball (1998-2002).

Known equally as well for her academics and community service as her athletic ability, Davis was named the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference’s (PAC) Female Scholar Athlete of the Year for the 2000-2001 academic year.  A three-time (1999, 2000 and 2001) National Field Hockey Coaches Association of America Academic All-American, Davis was a four-year member of both the fall and winter/spring PAC Academic Honor Roll.  After her senior year of competition was over, Davis swept all three major awards given out at the annual Marywood Athletics banquet, being named the 2000-2001 Senior Student-Athlete of the Year, the 2001 Pacers Club Humanitarian Award winner and was the recipient of the 2001 Dr. Jane Farr Award for Excellence in Field Hockey.

Selected as the PAC Field Hockey Player of the Year in 2001, Davis was a member of the 1998 PAC Championship team and earned First Team All-Conference honors in each of her four seasons while earning team MVP honors in 1998, 1999 and 2000.  As a member of the women’s basketball team, Davis was an All-Conference Honorable Mention selection during the 2000-2001 season and was named the team’s MVP that season as well.

Married to Jeremy Davis, Piper is currently a stay at home mother with six children.  The couple has four girls (Harper, AJ, Ollie and Charly) and two boys (Lane and Silas).
