Dallas, PA – Misericordia University fell at #1 doubles but swept the remaining action as the host Cougars earned an 8-1 in over visiting Marywood University Friday afternoon in PAC women's tennis action.
Ryann Null (Cogan Station, PA) and Alesha Petrash (Mountaintop, PA) teamed up for a hard-fought 9-7 win at #1 doubles for Marywood, but that would be the lone point of the day for the Pacers as Misericordia won 8-4 and 9-7 at second and third doubles, respectively.
The Cougars (2-5, 2-2 PAC) then swept singles action to win their second straight match. Marywood fell to 2-5 (1-3 PAC) with the loss. The Pacers return to action Sunday with a trip to Rosemont College.
