PARKING:Â All parking at Marywood University is deemed "at your own risk." Per Marywood's parking policy, the University assumes no responsibility for vehicles parked on campus.
The $14 million Center for Athletics and Wellness, opened in 2006, serves as the hub for fitness and sports on campus. It includes a wide range of indoor amenities—from a climbing wall and elevated running track to dance studios and advanced training areas. A key feature is the 1,500-seat Insalaco Arena, which hosts the university’s Pacers athletic teams.
Outdoor facilities are equally strong, with tennis courts, sand volleyball, and basketball courts. Notably, the baseball and softball fields earned national recognition in 2016 from the Sports Turf Managers Association as the top college fields in the country. Continued investment led to upgrades like a renovated natural grass field and a synthetic turf complex completed in 2009, with a complete renovation to the turf field and fencing occuring in the summer of 2026 along with the addition of a press box, seating for nearly 400 spectators as well as a new scoreboard and sound system.
The addition of the Aquatics Center in 2011—featuring competitive lanes, diving boards, and spectator seating—marked the culmination of a $25 million, five-year initiative to elevate the university’s athletic infrastructure.

The Center for Athletics and Wellness opened in the Fall of 2006.

Renovated in 2023, the Lynett-Haggerty Family Fitness Center has over 5,000 square feet of space.
The Insalaco Arena seats 1,500 spectators, has an elevated running track, a batting cage and can be divided into two full-sized courts for volleyball and basketball. The surface was redesigned in the summer of 2024 by Miller Sports Construction.

The Marywood University Aquatics Center is the newest swimming and diving facility in Northeast Pennsylvania, and home to the University's 15th and 16th intercollegiate teams-Men's Swimming and Diving and Women's Swimming and Diving. The facility also provides recreation and competitive opportunities for the campus community as well as regional schools and organizations.

The Hall of Fame/Conference Room on the second floor provides adequate meeting space and houses the Hall of Fame.

The Recovery Room, powered by Hyperice, was gifted to Marywood student-athletes by the Pacers Club. Student-athletes can reserve time in the recovery room through an online scheduling system. The Normatec 3 dynamic air compression system, the Hypervolt 2 percussion tool, the Vyper vibrating foam roller and the Hypersphere precision massage ball are engineered to enhance circulation, rejuvenate aching muscles, and mitigate pain, paving the way for peak performance every time. There are five game-changing benefits to using the recovery room:
Fast-tracks Recovery - Normatec optimizes blood circulation and promotes lymphatic drainage, significantly reducing post-workout muscle soreness and inflammation. Faster recovery means consistent training and the ability to push limits during every session. Battles Muscle Fatigue - Normatec efficiently expels metabolic wastes and exercise-induced toxins from muscles. By curtailing lactic acid accumulation, it ensures sustained high-energy workouts. Maintain Your Rhythm - Stay ever-ready, even on demanding days. Consistent utilization of Normatec enhances oxygen and nutrient supply to muscles, ensuring flexibility and a broadened range of motion. Experience a body that's always action-ready. Wards Off Potential Injuries - A body rich in oxygen and essential nutrients resists strains and potential injuries. Coupled with its speedy recovery benefits, Normatec acts as a shield against training-induced wear and tear. Carves Out Mental Rejuvenation - Peak prowess demands mental sharpness. Pausing to indulge in a tailored relaxation session with Normatec not only offers physical relief but also revives the mind, leaving it calm, clear, and competition-ready.
