PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE MESSAGE BELOW EXPLAINING FORMS REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES FOR FALL 2026, WINTER/DUAL SEASON 2026-27 AND SPRING 2027 academic year and athletic seasons.
You will not be allowed to compete in practices and/or games until all documents have been received! All questions should directed to the Athletic Training Staff at sportsmedicine@marywood.edu.
The deadline for completing all medical and compliance paperwork is August 1, 2026 for fall sport athletes (m/w cross country, field hockey, men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball) and September 1, 2026 for all winter, spring and dual-season athletes (all other sports). The only exception that will be made is for those who need to wait until August 1 to get a physical due to insurance reasons.
- The “student health insurance” offered by the University does NOT cover athletic injuries and will NOT be accepted. If you need help finding appropriate coverage, please contact our Athletic Training staff (email above).
- All Student Athletes must update ATS (athletic training software system) if you switch or change your insurance
