If you are a student-athlete at Marywood, we ask that you please fill out the following questionnaire upon your arrival, and again if you request any specific changes during your tenure. You can be as detailed or non-detailed as you want. The more information you provide, the more that we can put in your bio. We do ask that first-year student-athletes and returning student-athletes fill out the form before the beginning of each academic year, as information may have changed or is in need of updating. If you have any other questions, please feel free to e-mail the Athletic Communications office at either e-mails above.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
Marywood encourages photographic coverage of sports events by the news media. Furthermore, we are happy to have students, faculty, staff, and their families – as well as community members - attend and photograph intercollegiate events with the understanding that the images are intended for personal use only and not for any commercial use, general distribution and/or sale. Admission to spectator areas at athletics events assumes compliance with this policy.
Still and video photography from any area other than spectator seating requires approval from the Marywood Athletics Communications department. Generally these are issued only to news photographers, videographers, student photographers, and College-contracted professional photographers who are insured by their employers against physical injury and other hazards – or who knowingly assume such risks - and who are equipped to take pictures without an on-camera flash. NCAA rules prohibit the use of on-camera flash in many types of varsity athletic events, particularly indoor sports.
Please contact Jay Monahan prior to the game if you plan on taking professional photos. Access may be revoked at any time by the Athletic Communications staff.
