Wilkes-Barre, PA – Marywood University remained perfect on the young season by overcoming a six-point halftime deficit to score a 60-51 win at Wilkes University on Tuesday evening. With the win, the Pacers improved to 3-0 while the Colonels slipped to 3-2 on the year.

Wilkes would lead by as many as seven with 1:26 to play when Erin Schneider, who scored a season-high 15 points, hit a pair of free throws. The Colonels would eventually go into the locker room with a 25-19 lead.

Wilkes led by as many as 10 (32-22) with 16:54 to go after a lay-up by Allison Horn, but Marywood used a 10-2 run to pull within two with 12:59 to go and eventually tied the game at 41 with 9:08 to play when Stephanie Fusaro (Bala Cynwyd, PA) converted a lay-up.
