Scranton, PA - Wilkes University cruised to a 15-3 non-conference win over host Marywood University Monday afternoon in baseball action.  The Colonels went long twice, using a grand-slam by Billy Sisko and a three-run shot by Chris Mayerski to build an early 12-1 lead en route to the win.  Wilkes improved to 18-13 on the year and avenged an earlier 20-15 loss to the Pacers.  Marywood fell to 12-17.

The Colonels got a solid pitching performance from John Paul Palmer, who improved to 2-1 after going eight innings and striking out six.  Mayerski would finish the day going 4-5 at the plate with five RBI.  Kyle Follweiler was 4-5 with an RBI and two runs scored while Sisko finished the day 2-6 with four RBI and two runs scored.

Ryan Cusomato (Sparta, NJ) was 2-3 with two runs scored for Marywood while Bill Hall (Lake Ariel, PA) picked up Marywood's lone RBI as part of a 1-4 performance.  Jeff Cleary (Parsippany, NJ) fell to 2-3 on the year after allowing 11 runs on 11 hits.
