Radnor, PA – Cabrini College improved to 6-1 on the year and remained unbeaten in CSAC play with a 9-0 win over visiting Marywood University Saturday afternoon in Radnor. The Cavaliers have not dropped a set in CSAC play as they also beat Baptist Bible and Keystone by 9-0 scores and are now 3-0 in the conference.
Marywood (1-2, 1-1 CSAC) could not muster much offense against the Cavaliers, but freshman Ashley Karli (Blandon, PA) put up a good fight before falling 5-7, 5-7 to Christine Telling in two singles. Sarah Jane Lockenmeyer dropped the opening set 5-7 to Michelle Letterman before falling 1-6 in the second set.
Marywood returns to action on Tuesday when they travel to new CSAC member Keystone College for a 4:00 pm match in LaPlume.
