Scranton, PA – Marywood University extended their program record unbeaten streak to 14 games as the Pacers closed out their regular season schedule with a 8-0 win over Keystone College Thursday evening in Scranton. The Pacers upped their overall record to 13-2-1 and 9-0-1 conference play and have clinched their second consecutive top seed in the upcoming CSAC playoffs. After starting the season 0-2, Marywood went 13-0-1 in their final 14 regular season games.

Seniors Lisa Hanselman (Manheim, PA), Erica Mechalke (Elmira, NY) and Lisa Gavin (Woodbury Heights, NJ) all registered goals for the Pacers and goalkeeper Meghan Coyle (Endicott, NY) registered her third consecutive shutout, and fifth of the season after collecting two saves in 90 minutes.

Gavin then scored unassisted at the 5:02 mark, and eleven minutes later Mechalke put the Pacers up 4-0 with an assist from Diana Young (Federalsburg, MD). Hanselman completed her second hat-trick of the season in the 22nd minute of play on a feed from Andrea Barker (Binghamton, NY) after finishing a long thru-ball from Barker down the middle of the field.

In the second half, Leslie Higham (North Brunswick, NJ) netted a pair of goals. At 68:17 Higham headed home a cross from Siobhan Blancaflor (Haddam, CT) that was flicked on by Barker, and at 78:39 Higham one-timed a cross from Kelcie Reightler (Jim Thorpe, PA). Both Barker and Blancaflor were credited with assists on Higham's first goal. In the 86th minute, Mary Potorski (Bear Creak, PA) scored on a penalty kick to close out the scoring.
