Hackettstown, NJ - Marywood University rallied for a 3-0 shutout win in the nightcap after falling to host Centenary College 5-2 in the opener to earn an important split with the Cyclones Friday afternoon in a CSAC softball doubleheader. With the split, Marywood gave Head Coach Bob Fitzsimmons his 98th career victory and moved to 19-8 (12-4 CSAC) while the Cyclones go to 15-9 (11-3 CSAC).

The Cyclones raced out to an early 5-0 lead over the first four innings in the opener, as the hosts scored four earned runs on just six hits. Megan Dunne was 2-3 with a double for the hosts, while Sarah Olsen got the win on the mound with a five-hit, six-inning effort. Olson struck out five and allowed both runs, while Ali Knapp picked up her second save of the year after pitching a scoreless seventh and allowing just one hit.
