Scranton, PA - Playing an away game on their home turf, Marywood University got a hat-trick from freshman Erin Jones and classmate Emma Nye added two tallies as Marywood cruised to a 7-0 win over Keystone College Wednesday afternoon on Marywood's natural grass field.  Due to unplayable conditions in LaPlume, the game was changed to Marywood's friendly confines.  Marywood moved to 6-1 in CSAC action and 9-4-1 overall while the Giants slipped to 1-9-1, 0-5-1 CSAC.

Siobhan Blancaflor (Haddam, CT) tallied her sixth game-winner of the year just 1:39 into the contest on an unassisted goal.  Blancaflor, who leads the Pacers with nine goals, cut inside the 18 and slotted Keystone netminder Samantha Finch for the 1-0 Marywood lead.  Nearly eight minutes later, Jones (Vestal, NY) got on the board by finishing a feed from Kaitlyn Hresko (Gibbstown, NJ).  Jones would score again in the 18th minute and 29th minute on feeds from Paige Madary (Royersford, PA) and Blancaflor to give the Pacers a 5-0 halftime advantage.

Mixed in between Jones' tallies was a goal in the 11th minute by Emma Nye (Keene, NY).  Nye's goal was assisted by Blancaflor.  Hresko would score a goal of her own to open the second half on a feed from Olivia Habicht (Woodcliff Lake, NJ), and Nye would close out the scoring in the 59th minute off a feed from Habicht's sister Lacey.

Marywood out-shot Keystone 31-8 on the day.  Pacer goalkeeper Meghan Coyle (Endicott, NY) picked up her seventh solo, and team's eighth, clean slate of the year, by making three stops.  Finch recorded nine saves for the Giants.

Marywood returns to action Saturday when they host Immaculata University at 1:00 pm.
