Rosemont, PA – Brett Megee scored two goals, tying Marywood University's all-time career mark for goals, to help lead the Pacers to a 4-0 victory over Rosemont College in Colonial States Athletic Conference action on Saturday afternoon. With the win, Marywood improves to 9-3 on the season and 3-0 in CSAC play.

Megee (Easton, PA) would open the scoring in the 20th minute of play. Defender Ryan Jones (Holland, PA) played a long diagonal ball across the field that Greg Dustin (Shrewsbury, MA) settled and played across the goalmouth where Megee finished the play off from close range. The Pacers doubled their lead in the 31st minute when Brandon Ritter (Wantage, NJ) sent a long cross targeted to the back post that a Rosemont defender inadvertently headed into the Ravens' net for an own goal. Despite numerous opportunities including two shots by Ritter that hit the post, Marywood held a 2-0 lead at halftime.

The Pacers extended their advantage to 3-0 in the 67th minute as Jones again served a long cross into the Ravens' box that Paul Fedorczek (Phillipsburg, NJ) headed across to Steve Bergmann (Mickleton, NJ), who scored his fifth goal of the season on a header. Credited with his eighth assist of the season on the play, Jones tied Marywood's single season record for helpers that was established by Daniel Carrelha in 2001.

Megee closed out the scoring in the 69th minute after running onto a thru-ball from Garnaweh Nyorken (Scranton, PA) and blasting a shot home to the far post for his sixth goal of the season and 18th of his career, tying him with Rob Cherrington (2000-2004) atop Marywood's all-time goal-scoring chart.

Shane Quinn (Clarks Summit, PA) made three saves in nearly 75 minutes of action in the Pacers' goal to pick up the win, including a diving stop on a direct kick in the 73 minute to help preserve the shutout. Matthew Roman (Williamsport, PA) played the final 15:20 of the game, making one save as Marywood recorded its sixth clean sheet of the season matching the program record set in 2008.

The Pacers held a 25–8 advantage in shots for the game and an 8–4 edge in corner kicks. The Ravens, who fell to 0-10-1 (0-2-1 CSAC) with the loss, got nine saves from goalkeeper Nick Hulayew.

Marywood will look to remain unbeaten in CSAC play on Wednesday evening when they host Keystone College in game scheduled to kickoff at 7:00 p.m. in Scranton.
