Jason Bugno went 3-for-5 and had a homer, double and 4 RBI on the day as Marywood swept PBU Pacers Complete Sweep of Philadelphia Biblical Baseball - 3/27/2010 6:32:05 PM Game 1 Box Score Game 2 Box Score Langhorne, PA - Marywood University scored produced double-digit numbers for the third and fourth consecutive games and the Pacers picked up an important sweep of Philadelphia Biblical University by defeating the Crimson Eagles 10-6 and 18-4 in Colonial States Athletic Conference baseball action Saturday afternoon in Langhorne. Marywood improves to 4-2 in CSAC play and 6-11 overall while PBU fell to 1-10 (0-6 CSAC). Marywood, who scored 20 runs Wednesday and 22 runs Friday, picked up right where they left off and defeated PBU 10-6 in the opener. A two-run first got things started, but the Marywood bats really came alive in a seven run fifth. Joe Diskin (Clarks Summit, PA), T.J. Czerw (Scranton, PA) and Jason Bugno (Clarks Summit, PA) all had two hits for Marywood in the opener. Czerw, Bugno and David Lewis (Scranton, PA) all had two RBI as well. Mike Siciliano got the win on the mound after a complete-game effort, his second of the year. Siciliano (Whippany, NJ) had eight strikouts on the day and allowed just five hits. In the nightcap, Marywood scored in every inning and plated five in the first and six in the fifth to win, 18-4. Nick Pasqualichio (Clarks Summit, PA) joined Czerw and Mike Castellano (Bronx, NY) with a pair of hits. Pasqualichio had four RBI in the nightcap while designated hitter Justin Magistro (Carbondale, PA) added three. Jeff Cleary earned his second win of the year with a complete game, six-strikeout performance on the mound. Czerw, Bugno and Castellano all homered in the big win.
