Rosemont, PA – Marywood University's volleyball team cruised to a 3-0 victory over Rosemont College in Colonial States Athletic Conference play on Saturday afternoon. The Pacers, who won by scores of 25-13, 25-6, and 25-11, improve to 7-5 on the season with the win and even their conference record at 1-1.
Emily Fillman led Marywood with 10 kills while Sara Melick, Ashley Zalewski, and Kathleen Reilly each added five kills apiece. Alyssa Hartranft dished out a team-leading 17 assists while Kelly Chadwick contributed 11 assists of her own.
Rachel Tollett led the Pacers with 14 digs while Mackenzie Goodwin recorded a match-best five service aces in the victory.
Marywood returns to action on Tuesday evening as they play host to Keystone College in a CSAC match scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the Insalaco Arena.
