Scranton, PA – Marywood's men's swimming and diving team dominated from start to finish as the Pacers closed the books on their second regular season of competition with a dominating 160-60 win over Arcadia University Saturday afternoon in Scranton.  The Pacers finish the regular season with an 8-5 mark while Arcadia fell to 3-8-1. 

Marywood would take first through third in three events on the day and take first and second in two others.  After opening the meet with a win from Michael Stauffer, Chris Brown, Ryan Widenor and Anthony Pisano in the 200 medley relay (1:43.48), Marywood's Andy Blevins won the 200 freestyle in 1:52.13.  Teammate Alex Martino finished second in 2:00.38. 

Tim Merli won the 100 backstroke (57.65) before Brown and Jonathan Cheung finished 1-2 in the 100 breaststroke.  Widenor picked up the win in the 50 butterfly (24.58) before Pisano, Blevins and Stauffer finished 1-3, respectively, in the 50 freestyle.  Martino (51.95) would edge out Widenor (51.98) in the 100 free and then Merli, Stauffer and Ryan McKeown would place first through third in the 50 backstroke. 

The Pacers would sweep the 50 breaststroke as well as Brown finished first, Cheung second and Pisano third.  Pisano would win the 500 freestyle in 5:18.20 before Blevins won the 100 butterfly in 55.85 to close the meet.

Marywood will be the host school for the Landmark Conference Championships February 10-12.
