Women's Preview:

Marywood finished the CSAC regular season unbeaten with a 10-0-1 mark, earning the conference's top seed, but for the third consecutive year was upset in the semifinal round.  Six of the eight losses Marywood has on the year are to either teams that are regionally or nationally ranked while another opponent (Scranton) won their conference and is in the NCAA tournament.

Marywood won the ECAC South Region tournament in 2010.  After entering as the #6 seed, Marywood went through the top three seeds en route to their first post-season title in school history.  Swarthmore had won the previous three ECAC South Region titles (2007, 2008, 2009) but did not qualify in 2010 when Marywood won it.

This will be the second time Marywood and Swarthmore have played, with the only other meeting coming in 2011 when Swarthmore participated in Marywood's Joe Bochicchio Memorial Classic and beat the Pacers, 2-1. The Garnet fell to Johns Hopkins University in the Centennial Conference semifinals.

Live stats of Marywood's game at Swarthmore on Wednesday at 7:00pm will be available at http://livestats.prestosports.com/swarthmore/
