Tunkhannock, PA - Marywood University's Matthew Janowicz hit a 10-over par 81 to lead the Pacers to a 336-368 win over Baptist Bible College Friday afternoon in golf action. Marywood, now 2-2 in dual matches, also got an 82 from Paul Kania.

Baptist Bible's Luke Peterson led all scorers with two-over par 73.  But Janowicz's and Kania's scores kept the Pacers alive, and Marywood did not have a single score over 90 on the day.  Baptist Bible, meanwhile, had three players score in the 100s.

M. Frank Major's 86 was good enough for a fifth place finish while Robert Crofton rounded out the scoring for Marywood with an 87.  John Stolan, whose score did not count, shot an 88.

Marywood returns to action with two matches next week as they take part in the Immaculata Invitational Monday at Whitford Country Club in Exton and then travel to Neumann Wednesday. The Neumann match will be played at Brandywine Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware, where the 2012 CSAC golf championships will be held at the end of the month.
