Scranton, PA - Host Marywood University improved to 6-0 in Colonial States Athletic Conference paly as the Pacers beat visiting Rosemont College 8-1 in women's tennis action Saturday afternoon in Scranton.  Marywood picked up two points by forfeit en route to the win while Rosemont saw its record slip to 2-3, 2-2 CSAC.

Rosemont's only point came from Olesya Kuchma at #1 singles as the bested Kara Hoff, 6-1, 6-0.  Melissa Hudock won 6-4, 6-1 for Marywood at #2 singles while Megan Nastelli, Emily Hoskins and Kristen Lambert all won at #3-5 singles, respectively.  Elspeth Peterson picked up the forfeit win at #6 singles for the Pacers.

Marywood won #3 doubles by forfeit as well, and Hoff and Nastelli teamed for a win at #1 doubles while Hudock and Hoskins won 8-4 at #2 doubles.

Marywood (6-1 overall) hosts Scranton Sunday at 1:00pm in non-conference play.
