Marywood Sweeps Giants for Fourth Straight Win

La Plume, PA – Marywood University's volleyball team picked up their fourth straight win by topping host Keystone College in three sets in a Colonial States Athletic Conference match on Tuesday evening.  The Pacers won by scores of 25-18, 25-19, and 25-16 to lift their record to 10-6 overall and 3-1 in conference play.
 
Amy Kester led Marywood's attack with eight kills and had a match-high 19 digs along with one solo block to lead the Pacers to the win.  Jessica Lynne Swida and Kathleen Reilly added six kills apiece while Kelly Chadwick led all players with 25 assists.
 
Mackenzie Goodwin added 12 digs for Marywood, who got two aces apiece from Kester, Swida, Angelica Carrero, and Amanda Khozouri, who also had eight digs and one solo block in the victory.
 
Keystone was led by Shelby Morgan, who collected a match-best nine kills while Katie Scheuch and Danielle Cedeno put down four kills apiece for the Giants.  Carol Moiser led the squad with 16 assists and Loryn Haas had a team-high 18 digs in the loss.
 
Marywood returns to the court on Thursday evening when they play host to Cabrini College in a CSAC matched scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m. in Marywood's Insalaco Arena.
