Immaculata, PA - Four players in double figures, led by a game-high 18 points from Kendall Harris, was not enough as Marywood University fell to host Immaculata 77-64 Wednesday night outside Philadelphia.  The Mighty Mac's win snapped a two-game win streak for Marywood and avenged a 28-point loss to the Pacers at the Insalaco Arena on January 9.  Marywood fell to 5-13, 4-7 CSAC with the loss while Immaculata improved to 9-8 (8-2 CSAC) in winning their fourth straight.

Immaculata raced out to an early 10-0 lead over the game's opening moments, but Marywood would eventually climb back to within one on a pair of free throws from Daniel Tintle and later on a layup from Ryan Corrigan.  In the final minutes of the opening half, Marywood grabbed their first lead (31-30) on a layup from Shane Kellaher but the Mighty Macs closed the half on a 5-0 run, highlighted by a three from Nelson Torres, to reclaim a 35-31 lead at the break.

Immaculata quickly stretched their lead in the second half and eventually went up by as many as 15, 57-42, before a 6-0 Marywood run got the Pacers back to a single digit deficit.  The Mighty Macs quickly responded, stretching their lead back to double digits and going up by as many as 17 down the stretch to seal the win.

Torres tied Harris for the game-high with 18 points of his own.  Marywood also got double-digit point productions from Corrigan (16), Kellaher (13) and Matt Tintle (11).

Marywood returns to action Saturday when they host Cairn University at 4:00pm.  The CSAC tilt will be part of a alumni function at Marywood where 20 years of male sports will be honored.  The women's team kicks off the day's action with a 2:00pm game against Notre Dame (Md).  At halftime of the men's game versus Cairn, Marywood will honor the first ever men's basketball team.  After the double-header, alumni from both the men's and women's team will participate in an alumni game.
