Scranton, PA - Ryan Corrigan had a game-high 21 points to lead three Marywood players in double digits and the Pacers snapped a five game losing streak with a dominating 75-47 win over Immaculata University Wednesday evening in Colonial States Athletic Conference play.  The loss was the Mighty Macs' first league set-back as the visitors fell to 4-7 overall and 3-1 in CSAC action.  Marywood moved to 3-10, 2-4 CSAC with the win.

Corrigan was hot all night, going 8-of-13 from the floor to lead all scorers with a game-high 21 points.  Matt Tintle (18 points) and Kenadll Harris (10 points) also reached double digits while Harris pulled down 10 boards for the game's lone double-double.  Brandon Smith led Immaculata with a 17-point effort but was the only Mighty Mac to reach double digits.

Both teams struggled at the charity stripe all night with Marywood connecting on just 50% (16 of 32) of their freebies and Immaculata hitting 47.6% (10 of 21).  Fortunately for the Pacers, they were much sharper from the floor as Marywood hit 52.1% (25 of 48) of their shots from the floor.  Immaculata, meanwhile, struggled there as well, hitting just 34% of their shots.

Trailing by five early (6-1 after two minutes), Marywood took their final lead at the 13:18 mark (13-12) and never looked back.  With the score 16-14 in favor of the hosts, the Pacers went on a 8-2 run to go up eight and out-scored Immaculata 18-9 over the final 10 minutes of the half to go into intermission with a 14 point, 39-25 lead.

Marywood remained hot in the second half, going up by as many 27 and never allowing the Mighty Macs back within 14.

Marywood returns to action Saturday when they take on Cabrini College in CSAC play.  Tip-off in Radnor is set for 3:00pm.
