Scranton, PA - Cold shooting both inside and outside the arc doomed Marywood University Saturday as the Pacers fell to visiting Rosemont College 73-58 in CSAC men's basketball action in Scranton.  Marywood hit just 34% of their shots from the floor and 18% from long range as they fell to 3-4 (1-2 CSAC) on the year.  Rosemont got a game-high 19 points from Dom Scafidi and improved to 4-4 (2-1 CSAC).

While both teams shot just 20% from three-point range in the opening half, Rosemont built a 28-22 lead thanks to 48% shooting from the floor while limiting the Pacers to 27.6%.  Both teams combined for 21 first half turnevers.  The Ravens out-scored Marywood 6-2 over the final 4:21 of the opening half to take the six-point lead into the locker room.

The second half did not get much better for the Pacers, who made more shots from inside the arc but were limited to 16.7% (1 for 6) from long range.  Rosemont extended their lead throughout the second frame and went on for the 15-point win.

Shane Kellaher led three Pacers in double figures with 16 points.  Kendall Harris had 13 to go along with nine boards, while Ryan Corrigan added 12.  Scafidi's 19 came on 50% shooting the floor.  Nadir Stukes added 14 for the Ravens. 

Marywood returns to action Wednesday, December 18 with a non-conference game at Stevenson (Md.).
