Marywood Falls to Cabrini in Season Finale

Scranton, PA - Cabrini College connected on 60.6% of their shots and hit 10 of 19 three pointers as the Cavaliers cruised to an 81-56 win over host Marywood University in the CSAC regular season finale for both teams.  The Cavaliers improve to 20-5 overall and 16-2 in the CSAC, making them the top seed in the post-season tournament, while Marywood closes their 2012-13 campaign at 6-19 (5-13 CSAC).

The Cavaliers were on fire early and often as they drained six of 11 treys in the first half and build a 25 point lead at the break (52-27).  Marywood could do little to contain the onslaught from the Cavaliers, who it 64.3% of their shots in the first half and 60.6 overall. 

The Cavaliers had four players in double figures, led by Fran Rafferty's game-high 17 points, all of which came in the first half.  Tim McDaniel had 13, 11 of which were scored in the first frame.  Jeremy Knowles (13) and Goran Dulac (11) also reached double digits for the visitors.

Marywood had three players in double digits led by Andrew Andrle's team-high 11.  Kendall Harris and Ryan Corrigan each added 10.
