Scranton, PA - Tood Doran won the highly anticpated showdown between himself and Baptist Bible College's Caleb Evans at #1 singles play and the Pacers rolled to an 8-1 win over the Defenders to get their 10th win of the season.  Marywood improved to 10-4 (6-0 CSAC) with the win while BBC fell to 4-6 (3-2 CSAC).

In a matchup of CSAC unbeatens where Evans entered the match with a 4-0 mark in league play whhile Doran was 5-0, Doran came out on top with a 6-3, 6-2 win.  Marywood continued their domination in singles play and won the other five matches as well.

Evan Bolus beat Connor Ellsworth at #2 singles 6-0, 6-1 and Daniel Pfafman earned a 6-0, 6-2 win over Spencer Fountain at #3 singles.  In the closest singles match, Ethan Jones was a victor on the fourth court over Ryan Landry, 6-3, 6-3.  Ryan Mulqueen (6-0, 6-1) and Frank Nicolosi (6-0, 6-0) won at five and six singles, respectively, for Marywood.

BBC got their lone point in doubles action where Evans teammed with Fountain to hand Marywood's Doran and Mark Van Nort their first CSAC loss of the season at #1 doubles by a score of 8-6.

Bolus and Wyatt Nolan won at #2 doubles for the Pacers (8-1) and Mulqueen and Pfafman teammed for a 8-0 win at #3 doubles.

Marywood returns to action Friday when they travel to Newburgh, New York to take on Mount Saint Mary College in non-conference action.
