Scranton, PA - Program records fell in droves in Marywood University's 19-11 defeat of Rosemont College Wednesday in Colonial States Athletic Conference men's lacrosse action. The Pacers outshot the Ravens 60-27 to remain undefeated in conference play.

Riley Dobel broke a school record with six goals, and Dylan Swope contributed a program-high six assists to lead the Pacers (3-7, 2-0 CSAC). Dobel overcame the five-goal plateau matched nine times, including twice by himself. Swope becomes the first Pacer to tally six assists, surpassing Dobel and Anthony Tuscai's five-assist outings. Swope assisted on each of the Pacers' first six goals, breaking the record with 6:09 remaining in the first quarter.

Marywood outscored the Ravens 10-2 in the first quarter and garnered the game's first five goals. Dobel scored four goals in the first quarter and matched the record at 3:34 in the second. He surpassed the record at 5:22 in the third on a Mike Falco assist that put the Pacers ahead 17-8.

Sam Trill and Dante Frederico each supplied three goals for the Pacers. Trill tied a school mark with 11 shots. Brandon Terlizzi and Scott Slater added two goals and an assist, and Nick Lucchesi pitched in with two scores.

At the faceoff circle, Terlizzi won 11-of-12 faceoffs, and Michael Suarez went 8-for-11. Ryan Nowell led the game with eight ground balls. Joe O'Connell caused four turnovers to go with his five ground balls. Richie Manuli vacuumed five ground balls as well.

In goal, Nicholas Cornella made four saves for the win. Joe Magargal made his second appearance of the season with five saves.

Rosemont (1-9, 0-1 CSAC) received support from Justin Regan's six-point effort of four goals and two assists. Stephen Licata bullied his way through the defense with a goal, four asists and six ground balls. Brody Safranek made 18 saves for the Ravens.

Marywood scored his first goal of the game when Trill intercepted a pass from the goalkeeper and dished it to Swope. Swope redirected it to a charging Dobel that punched a 1-0 lead with a one-timer.

The Ravens began the second quarter with three straight goals to cut the deficit to five. Following Purnell Summers' goal to make it 10-5, Trill responded 11 seconds later with a goal from Terlizzi off the faceoff. Trill's goal ignited a four-point run in a 2:06 span that put the Pacers ahead 14-5.

Marywood held an advantage in ground balls by a 44-31 mark. The Pacers were 11 of 13 on clear opportunities, and the Ravens commited 31 turnovers to the Pacers' 16.

On Saturday, the Pacers look to continue their CSAC success at Gwynedd-Mercy College at 12:00 p.m.
