Morrisville, N.Y. – Marywood University exploded offensively to down Morrisville State College 7-0 Wednesday on the road in non-conference action. With five victories under its belt through 10 games, the Pacers have their most wins in a season since 2009.

Julie Kowalski scored a hat trick for the Pacers. She tallied three of the Pacers' first four goals of the game.

Leanne McManus amassed a goal and two assists for four points. Tori Jo Kakusian added a goal to remain tied with McManus at five on the season.

Kiersten Rauch scored her first goal of the season. Tyler Fitchet tallied her first career goal, and Cassie Stockwell registered her first career point with an assist to Kowalski's second score.

Kayle Huey made five saves in net en route to her fourth victory of the season. Kirsten Webb had her second defensive save of the year.

Marywood outshot the Mustangs 46-19. It had a 7-5 advantage in penalty corners. Morrisville State's Kaitlyn Baker made 20 saves.

Kowalski started things off 1:42 into competition. She retrieved a pass back from McManus for a sweep. Just before the 11th minute, McManus put the Pacers on the scoreboard, driving from the top right off a steal.

Kowalski drove from the top of the circle thanks to a Stockwell assist. In the 48th minute, Kowalski hit a chip shot off a rebound to secure her hat trick.

Rauch scored on a deflection off the defender's stick from the right side. Marywood added two more just before the final whistle. In the 64th minute, Fitchet hit a sweep on a cross in front of the cage. Kakusian scored hers with 59 seconds remaining off a rebound save.

Marywood travels to Cabrini College for a key Colonial States Athletic Conference matchup Saturday at noon.
