Bethlehem, PA - Marywood University dropped its final non-conference field hockey game of the season to the Moravian Greyhounds by a final score of 7-2.  The Pacers (7-8) head into their final three regular season games holding a slight edge in the CSAC standings for the fourth and final playoff spot. A win over Cedar Crest (Saturday) or Keystone (Wednesday) would likely secure that spot for the Pacers, who are 2-3 in league play.

Moravian built a 4-0 lead through the first 37:34 of Thursday's game.  In all, the Greyhounds to two goals and an assist from Catherine Duffin, two goals from Rebecca Hamel and a goal and an assist from both Kelly O'Donnell and Erin Tiwold.

Marywood's goals came from the sticks of Leanne McManus, who scored her team-leading tenth goal of the season, and Gabriella Bower, who netter her fourth of the year.  Both goals were unassisted.

Moravian held a 20-15 advantage in shots (16-10 on goal).  Kayle Huey made nine saves while Megan Kanyuk got the win with eight stops of her own.

Marywood is currently tied with Immaculata for the fourth and final playoff spot, with both teams holding a 2-3 league record.  Marywood has the advantage of a 2-1 head-to-head win over the Mighty Macs.  Immaculata must still play league-leader Cabrini College Saturday.  Marywood will battle Cedar Crest this Saturday at 11:30 am.
