Gwynedd Valley, PA – Just in time with the Colonial States Athletic Conference men's soccer playoffs on the horizon, Marywood University has opportunely found its legs. The Pacers rattled off their fifth consecutive victory, topping Gwynedd Mercy University 3-0 Saturday.

Marywood clinched a playoff berth with the victory. It currently sits tied for second in the CSAC standings with an 8-4-3 overall record and 6-2 in conference play, holding a tiebreaker over Cabrini College. Gwynedd Mercy falls to fifth with a 6-11, 4-4 CSAC mark.

The Pacers received a goal and an assist from Dylan McMahon. Matthew Hull scored a goal for the second straight game, and Markus Donahoe added a goal.

In the 80th, Hull's brother Daniel fed a pass to Donahoe in the box that enabled his second score of the season.

Justin Sunseri made one save to preserve his fifth clean sheet of the season. Sunseri is two shutouts away from tying Shane Quinn's single season record.
