Volleyball Takes Fourth Straight CSAC Match

Baltimore, MD - Marywood University won its fourth straight Colonial States Athletic Conference women's volleyball match by overtaking Notre Dame University of Maryland in three sets on Saturday. The Pacers (7-5, 4-1 CSAC) excelled by scores of 25-17, 25-22, 25-20.

Amy Kester generated a season-high 20 digs in addition to eight kills. Kester committed just one errors on 16 attempts for a game high .438 attack percentage.

Ashley Zalewski and Mikayla Bristol joined Kester with eight kills. Kelly Chadwick posted 26 assists and 10 digs. Kathleen Reilly made three blocks.

Marylu Ortiz
led Notre Dame with seven kills, while freshman Bobbi McDowell added five. Jamie Reyes posted 17 assists and Cleaya Antes notched four aces. 

Marywood travels to Penn State Berks Thursday before hosting Immaculata University Saturday at 1:00 pm.
