Annville, PA - Cold shooting from long range and an impressive comeback from host Lebanon Valley College sent Marywood to its second straight loss as the Pacers fell to the Flying Dutchmen 74-66 to wrap up its first semester in men's basketball action. Host LVC moved to 7-3 on the year while Marywood fell to 5-3.

With the score 18-17 in favor of the Pacers with just under 10 left in the first half, Marywood took advantage of several turnovers to burst out to a 41-28 halftime lead.

A 9-2 run over the opening 3:15 of the second half got the Dutchmen back in the game, and with 9:32 to go Marywood led by just one, 52-51.  With Marywood up 59-55, LVC went on a 10-2 run to reclaim the lead.

Up 65-61 with 2:50 to go, Lebanon Valley limited the Pacers to just five points the rest of the way to pull away with its seventh win of the year.  Three Dutchmen reached double-digits in the win, while only Connor Callejas (12 points) hit double figures for the Pacers.

Marywood led for nearly 24 and a half minutes in the game; and despite hitting over 46 percent of their shots from the floor, the Pacers only connected on 21.7 percent of their long range efforts.

The Pacers return to action in the New Year at the Cross County Invitational, hosted by King's College. Marywood will take on the host Monarchs January 2 and Wilkes on January 3 in the event's fourth year.
