Scranton, PA – The University of Scranton's size proved to be too much for Marywood University. The Pacers dropped its third consecutive game, falling to cross-town rival University of Scranton 72-58 Monday at the Long Center. Marywood was held to 33 percent shooting, connecting on 20 of 61 shots.

Brittany Mang returned to double digits with a team-high 13 points. Typically the shortest player on both rosters, Morgann Haduck led the Pacers with seven rebounds and was just two short of a game high.

The game was rescheduled from Wednesday's winter storms.

Scranton's size ultimately won out. Alexix Roman dominated the paint for the Royals with 19 points and eight rebounds. Meredith Mesaris notched 13 points and seven boards. Sarah Payonk was a point and rebound away from a double-double.
