Hackettstown, NJ - Centenary College got a game-high 22 points from Djovan Beausejour and the host Cyclones earned a 76-63 win over visiting Marywood University Saturday afternoon in Colonial States Athletic Conference men's basketball action.  Centenary improved to 6-15 overall and 5-9 in the CSAC while Marywood fell to 7-14 (3-11 CSAC).  Ryan Corrigan led the Pacers with 13 points.

Marywood built an early 9-2 lead on a pair of jumpers and a three-pointer from Matthew Clark and a jumper from Corrigan, but the Cyclones battled back to take a 14-13 lead on a Tim Brix layup with just over 12 minutes remaining in the opening half.  The two teams would trade leads over the next two minutes until the host Cyclones went up 22-21 with 9:26 to go and then extended their lead to 37-31 with 2:36 to go. Neither team would score again until the second half.

The Pacers got back to within three (41-38) on a Corrigan long ball, but the Cyclones extended their lead to double figures before Marywood battled back and another Corrigan three made it a 63-61 lead for the hosts with 4:20 to go.  Forced to foul, the Pacers put the Cyclones on the line eight times over the final three minutes, and the Cyclones sealed the win by making all of those freebies.

Matthew Clark and Matt Tintle each had 11 for Marywood while Shane Letthand had 10.  Marywood returns to action Wednesday when they host Cairn University at 8:00 pm.
