Ft. Pierce, FL - Marywood University's Thomas Richards had a role in all runs scored on Tuesday as the Pacers traded wins with Elizabethtown College in Fort Pierce, Florida.  Richards had two RBI and a run scored in the opening 3-1 win for Marywood and recorded a sacrifice fly in the Pacers' 6-1 loss to the Bluejays in the nightcap.  Marywood now stands at 2-2 on the year while E-town moves to 4-2.

In the opening game of the day. Bryan Noonan got the win on the mound after throwing a complete-game three-hitter.  Noonan allowed one unearned run to the Bluejays and struck out five while only throwing 89 pitches.

Offensively, Richards led the Pacers with two-run double in the fifth.  Richards would later score in that inning as well.  Vince Rebar and Daniel Hull also scored for Marywood, while Erik Pulkkinen, Dominic Loughlin and Jason Portuhondo each had singles.

E-town bounced back for 6-1 win in the second game of the series.  The Bluejays scored four runs in the third, thanks in part to two throwing errors by the Pacers, and added single tallies in the 5th and 6th innings.  Marywood scored their lone run of the game when Mike Diskin led off the third with a single and eventually scored on a sac fly by Richards.

Marywood had six hits in the nightcap, led by Rebar's two-hit performance.  Daniel Hull, Mark Sherlock and Zack Klien all had singles as well.  Billy Kelly (0-1) took the loss despite a complete game effort. Kelly allowed just three earned runs on 10 hits while striking out four.  E-town's Josh Sollenberger threw ell, picking up the win after a complete-game, six hit, three-K performance.

Marywood will take the day off Wednesday before returning to action Thursday with a single, nine-inning affair against Susquehanna University.  Live stats will be available for the 1:00 pm contest courtesy of Susquehanna Sports Information.  Check www.marywoodpacers.com for the link.
