Tunkhannock, PA - Marywood University's men's golf team moved to 11-3 on the year as the Pacers beat Baptist Bible College 323-352 but fell to the University of Scranton 287-323 Monday afternoon at Stonehedge Golf Course in Tunkhannock.  The Royals set a new school record with their low team total of 287, which was +3 for the day as a team. 

The Royals finished first through fifth place and also had an eighth place finisher on the day, and their top four scorers helped them cruise to a pair of wins.  Grand Gulick took medalist honors with a two-under par 69.  Eriic Montella (71), Ryan Brown (73), Erik Meyer (74) and Charles Hudacek (75) rounded out the top five.  Marywood's Michael Thomas was next as he tied for fifth with a 75. 

John Lawless shot a 79 and finished 9th.  Willis Davenport finished 10th with a 81 and Devin Crowley and Shane Davis tied for 11th with 88s.  Shane Davis closed out the competitive team for Marywood with a 89. 

Marywood will host Baptist Bible and Misericordia tomorrow at Glenmaura.
