MBB Staff Participating in "Suits & Sneakers"

Scranton, PA - This week the men's basketball coaching staff will take part in the Coaches vs Cancer Suits & Sneaker event.  The event is geared towards raising awareness and funds in the fight against Breast Cancer.  Marywood Head Coach Bob Simmons and his staff will take part in this during their home games this week at the Insalaco Arena.  The Pacers are scheduled to host Keystone Wednesday at 7:00 pm and Rosemont on Saturday at 2:00 pm.  

"We are very happy to support the 'Suits and Sneakers' event this week for Coaches vs. Cancer when we host Keystone and Rosemont" Simmons said.  "This is a cause that is very personal for me and my family as my mom is in her second battle with breast cancer.  The more awareness we can bring to this cause the closer we get to finding a cure for this terrible disease and saving our loved ones, in this case, my mom.  We all must continue to fight" he added.
