Hackettstown, NJ - Host Centenary College never trailed as the Cyclones improved to 5-1 overall and 2-0 in CSAC action with a 77-67 win over Marywood University Wednesday evening in Hackettstown.  The Pacers got a team high 15 points from Connor Callejas as they fell to 3-4 overall and 0-2 in the CSAC.

Centenary opened the game on a 16-0 run to put the visiting Pacers in a big hole.  The Cyclones carried that 16 point lead all the way to halftime, going into the locker room with a 34-18 advantage.

Despite out-scoring the hosts 49-43 in the second half, the Pacers were unable to complete the comeback.  Marywood would only get back to within single digits with 0:23 left on the clock as a layup from Shane Letthand got Marywood to within nine (76-67).  

Connor Shroyer added 11 points for Marywood to join Callejas in double-digits.  Rashaan Spencer led all scorers with a game-high 24 for the Cyclones.

The Pacers were cold behind the arc on the road, hitting just five of 30 attempts (16.7%).  

Marywood returns to action Saturday with a 1:00 pm game at perennial league power Cabrini College in Radnor.
