Scranton, PA - Senior Dylan Swope set four separate program records in Marywood University's 15-5 victory over Rosemont College Tuesday in Colonial States Athletic Conference men's lacrosse regular season. The Pacers close their regular season at 10-4 overall with 6-1 mark in CSAC play. As the No. 2 seed, they will host the semifinal Saturday against an opponent to be determined.

Swope scored two goals and seven assists for nine points. His seven helpers set the single-game assists record of set by Swope last season also against Rosemont. He also broke his own single single assists record with his 38th of the year, passing his former record by two. In scoring his 60th point of the year, Swope smashes the program's single-season record of 54, previously owned by both Swope and senior Sam Trill.

In a neck-and-neck race for the program's career points record, Swope jumped Nick Parks '11 and Trill with his 170th career point. Having recently broken the record in last week's win over Keystone, Trill added three goals to sit second all time with 169 points.

Additionally, Swope's nine points were the third-most ever scored by a Marywood student-athlete in an single game. He also moves into a tie with Immaculata's Ben Tuscai (2010-13) for fifth-most career assists (111) in CSAC/PAC history.

Travis Pappas added three points with two goals and an assist. Brandon Terlizzi supplied a goal and two assists. Scott Slater and Rob Maini added two goals.

Joe Magargal picked up his ninth victory of the year with 12 saves and four ground balls. His .659 save percentage puts him in a slight advantage for the single season program record. Defensively, the Pacers were led by Ryan Nowell with five ground balls and three caused turnovers.

Rosemont's Justin Regan scored his 100th career point in the late stages of the game.

Marywood will face rival Gwynedd Mercy University Saturday if the Griffins defeat Neumann University later this week.

The Pacers went on the scoreboard within the first two minuted when Swope totaled his 21st of the season on a pass from Terlizzi. Stephen Deiner amped the lead to two from Swope. After Rob Maini scored the only Swope-unaffiliated goal of the first half via Terlizzi, Rosemont posted its only tally of the first half. Marywood went on a seven-goal run, highlighted by a Swope-to-Swope connection when brother Skyler Swope raced downfield to hit Dylan on a fast break for a goal 2:30 into the second half.

Marywood scored just its third man-down goal of the season when Matt Casto found the net on a Taylor Goldson pass with 12:10 left in the second half.

Stepen Licata led the Ravens with four points on two goals, two assists. Regan finished with two goals and an assist.

Marywood out-shot the Ravens by a slight 36-33 advantage. Rosemont won the ground ball game 47-46 and toppled the Pacers 17-7 in faceoff chances.
