Scranton, PA - Visiting Lebanon Valley College (4-0) won their second consecutive Joe Bochicchio Memorial Classic with a 4-2 win over host Marywood (1-3-1) Sunday afternoon in Scranton.  Danielle Rill and Amanda Allikmaa both had goals for Marywood in the loss.

LVC got on the board in the 14th minute of play when right back Katie Goldsmith took a drop pass from Teanna Shutt and beat Marywood keeper Aly Moyer from 25 yards out on the right flank to far post netting.

Looking like it would be a 1-0 halftime lead for the visitors, Danielle Rill placed a beautiful direct kick near post from the top left corner of the 18 yard box to level the score at 1-1 with just five seconds remaining in the half.

The Pacers then grabbed a 2-1 lead just under 2:30 into the second half on another direct kick, as Allikmaa beat the LVC keeper from 30 yards out, bending a well placed shot over the wall and to the right of a diving Erin Angelini.

Marywood would hold that one-goal lead for the next thirteen minutes, but LVC scored two quick goals within 33 seconds of each other to take a 3-2 lead.  At 60:17, Sammy Bost took a feed in the center of the box from Johnna Garbrick to tie the game at 2-2.  Moments later, LVC would get the eventual game-winner as Rachel Cummings beat Moyer on a breakaway.

The Dutchmen would add an insurance goal from Shutt in the 68th minute to close the scoring.

LVC enjoyed a 15-5 (8-3 on goal) shots advantage in the game as each team had three corners.  Moyer had a game-high four saves in the loss while her counterpart Angelini made one stop for the Dutchmen.

The University of Scranton defeated Alfred University 6-0 in the other Sunday game.

Marywood and Scranton will battle at Scranton's Fitzpatrick Field Wednesday night at 7:00 pm.
