Allentown, PA - Marywood University got goals from four different players and held host Cedar Crest College to just one shot as the Pacers earned a 4-0 road win in CSAC women's soccer action Wednesday afternoon.

Amanda Allikmaa netted her team-best third goal of the season just 3:36 into the contest, but despite out-shooting the hosts 15-1 in the opening half the Pacers (2-5-1, 1-1 CSAC) held that 1-0 lead at the break.  Allikmaa's tally came off a drop pass from Megan Swiecicki who was just inside the 18 yard box.

Just over five minutes into the second half, Julie Youngman was taken down in the penalty box trying to split two defenders and the referee awarded a penalty kick.  Captain Danielle Rill stepped up and slotted the ball to the lower left corner of the net to double the Marywood lead.

In the 77th minute, Brooke Cicale sent a well placed cross into the box which Allison Warner one-timed into the upper-right 90 of the net from 8 yards out.

The Pacers closed the scoring in the 87th minute when Youngman fed outside back Sam Lindquist down the left flank on a set play from 30 yards out.  Lindquist took one touch into the 18 before ripping home the final score of the game.

Marywood held a 29-1 advantage in shots and put 17 of those on goal.  Shelby Szoke had a game-high 13 saves for the Falcons (3-3-2, 0-2 CSAC) while Moyer made one first half stop on a Courtney Long breakaway to preserve the shutout.

Marywood will look to go above .500 in league play Saturday when they travel to Immaculata for a 1:00 pm game. For those that cannot make it or are concerned about traffic due to the Papal visit, live stats and live video will be available.
