Scranton, PA - Brendan Brown and Dan Tintle picked up two wins apiece but Marywood University fell to visiting King's College 5-4 in non-conference men's tennis action Sunday afternoon in Scranton.

Marywood (2-5) got wins from Tintle and Scholl as a doubles duo in the number two spot as the pair pulled out a 8-6 win.  That was the lone doubles point Marywood could muster though as the Monarchs built a 2-1 lead heading into singles play.

There, Tintle (#3) and Brown (#4) picked up wins again and were joined by Bryon Scholl (#5), but King's (4-5) won the other three matches at one, two and six singles to take home the slim win.

Marywood will travel across town Wednesday to take on the University of Scranton at 4:00 pm in a non-conference match.
