Allentown, PA - Marywood University had its highest offensive output in five seasons in a 20-2 victory over Cedar Crest College Friday in Colonial States Athletic Conference women's lacrosse action. The Pacers last scored 20-plus goals when it put up 24 against Centenary College in the 2012 CSAC semifinal.

Sam Bussinelli led the Pacers with four goals, her 13th point in the past three games. Erin Healy finished with a hat trick. Ashley Valway provided two goals and two assists.

Caitlin Watson and Amanda Khozouri each found the net twice. Natalie Burke, Jennifer Newins, Michelle Thompson and Rachelle Woodhouse all posted a goal and an assist.

Marywoowd scored two goals in the first minute and seven times in the first five minutes. Valway scored an unassisted goal 47 seconds into regulation. Healy followed suit with a tally 12 seconds later. 

Marywood outshot the Falcons sixfold by a 30-5 margin. Marywood had 23 ground balls to the Falcons' 17. The Pacers won 19 of 23 draw controls. 

Burke won eight draw controls. Watson finished with four ground balls.

Marywood returns to action Thursday at Misericordia University at 4:00 pm.
