Wilkes-Barre, Pa. – Marywood University was swept in a volleyball tri-match at King's College on Friday night. The Pacers fell in five sets to Lycoming College and three sets to the host Monarchs.
Marywood fell to the Warriors by scores of 8-25, 27-25, 23-25, 25-21, 15-12. King's beat the Pacers by scores of 25-16, 25-14, 25-19.

Gabriella Santos guided the Pacers with a double-double with 16 kills and 10 digs. She added three aces, two blocks and a .333 attack percentage.
Peri Sheerin matched her 16 kills with a .394 attack percentage.
Sam Compton was one of five players in double figures for digs with 14, to along with her team-high four aces.
Brenna Kelley tallied 12 digs, and
Jordan Vossler provided 10 digs.
Annie Heyen totaled 41 assists and 10 digs.
King's 3, Marywood 0
Katherine McGrath had a career-best effort versus the Monarchs with 13 kills and a .476 attack percentage. She also provided three blocks.
Heyen provided 25 assists, and Vossler had 14 digs.
Katie Bilello chipped in with nine digs. Santos had eight kills.
Marywood will finish its regular season by hosting a tri-match against FDU-Florham and Lancaster Bible on Saturday at noon. The Pacers earned the No. 3 seed in the Colonial States Athletic Conference playoffs and will host sixth-seeded Notre Dame Maryland on Tuesday at 7:00 pm.
