Clermont, Fla. - Marywood dropped their second game of the season to Hood College 6-2 before falling in an evening contest to Stockton University 13-0.  The nightcap went just five innings as Marywood fell to 0-3 on the year.  Hood defeated Marywood for the second straight day after topping the Pacers 9-1 in Marywood's spring break opener Monday.

In Tuesday's opener against Hood, who improved to 4-3 on the year with the win, Marywood jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the first but gave up five in the bottom half of the frame to fall behind early.  Mackie Goodwin went 2-for-3 at the plate for the Pacers while Alexa Scala had Marywood's lone RBI of the day on a RBI single in the top of the fourth.

Alyssa Bavaro took the loss on the mound after allowing six runs on nine Blazers' hits.  Bavaro also struck out four batters in the loss.

Against Stockton, the Ospreys (3-3) plated two runs in each of the first four innings to build an 8-0 lead and then tacked on five more in the top of the fifth to put the game away early.  Katie Siano suffered the loss on the mound, allowing four earned runs (eight total) on 11 Stockton hits.

Malory Porada broke up a no-hit attempt by the Ospreys with a fourth-inning single for the Pacers' lone hit of the day.

Marywood will be of Wednesday before returning to the diamond Thursday to take on the University of Rochester (6:30 pm) and Keene State College (8:00 pm).
