Biondi Shares Medalist Honors as Pacers Split Tri-Match

Moosic, Pa. - Nicholas Biondi shared medalist honors with Tyler Huggins of The University of Scranton as the Pacers split a tri-match with the Royals and Keystone College Monday afternoon at Glenmaura National.  Marywood fell to the Royals 320-346 but defeated Keystone (444) in the match.

Biondi fired a +7 round of 78 to share top honors with Huggins.  Scranton placed the next five finishers to defeat both Marywood and Keystone.  

Marywood took finishes from 7th to 11th place to finish second.  Fred Tolerico (87), Matthew Mierzejewski (90) and Joe Weber (91) rounded out the Pacers' team scoring, with Austin Zehel finishing with a round of 97 to place 11th overall.  

Joseph Hunt (107) finished 14th for Marywood.  

Marywood is back in action Sunday and Monday when the Pacers take part in the Glenmaura National Invitational.
