Pacers Fall to King's in Cross County Challenge Finale

Wilkes-Barre, Pa. – Marywood University lost to host King's College 93-57 Sunday in the Cross County Challenge women's basketball finale. The Pacers split the tournament after beating Wilkes University in the opener.

Olivia Kosin was selected to the All-Tournament Team.

Kosin finished with a career-high 11 points. Jade Rolon had nine points, and Emily Theobald produced eight points.

Kilie Wyers contributed with five assists, six rebounds and two steals.

Mackenzie Yori led King's with 24 points, going 10 for 14 from the field. Rebecca Prociak had 22 points and 10 rebounds. Samantha Rajza and Emily Morano each had 11 points.

The Pacers coughed up 29 turnovers to the Monarchs' 15, resulting in a 30-8 disparity in points off turnovers. Marywood shot 35.6 percent from the field.

The University of Scranton won the Cross County Challenge with a win over the Colonels. The Pacers travel to Scranton on Tuesday at 7:00 pm.
