Scranton, Pa. — Marywood University suffered a 3-0 setback to Neumann University Wednesday in Atlantic East Conference volleyball action. The loss supplies the Pacers with the No. 4 seed, while Neumann takes the third seed in the conference tournament.
Marywood will host No. 5 Gwynedd Mercy University Tuesday night in the Atlantic East Conference first round.
The Knights defeated the Pacers by scores of 25-18, 25-15, 25-15.
Evangeline Kelly had a team-best nine nines.
Annie Heyen recorded eight digs and five assists on her Senior Day game.
Shannon Corr finished with four kills.
Amanda Perri and
Rebecca Klemovitch each recorded three blocks.
Neumann's Bre Hickey recorded 10 kills. Reagan Walker had 13 digs, and Ariana Pena tallied three block assists.
