Ohio Northern Blanks Women's Tennis

Altamonte Springs, Fla. - Ohio Northern University improved to 10-3 on the year with a 9-0 win over Marywood University in women's tennis at Sanlando Park outside Orlando. 

The closest doubles action came at #2 where Faith Kendricks and Lyndsey Medric fell to Victoria Santana and Flo Sanchez, 8-4.

In singles play, one set went to a superset tiebreaker. 

At #2 singles, Gabriella Nowak won the first set 6-4, but Santana flipped the result to her favor in the second set and won the superset tiebreaker, 10-7.

Marywood (2-6) is back in action Thursday at 9:00 am against Saint Mary's College (Indiana) to close out their spring break trip to Florida.
